How We Teach
From basic to complex.
Each of our interactive, live or live-virtual sessions begins with learning an AI concept.
All of our sessions start with SIMPLE, NON-TECHNICAL language and introduce AI jargon (such as machine learning, deep learning, LLM, responsible use, data privacy, human in the loop) in ways all audiences can understand.
Real-life examples.
After introducing a concept, we anchor the concept in examples of real AI use cases. This brings the participants out of the world of theory and into the world of “how this looks day-to-day”.
These use cases are TAILORED TO YOUR INDUSTRY and your organizational GOALS, so they are relevant and easily digestible to your teams.
Hands-on skill building.
In the final third of our sessions, we get HANDS-ON and empower participants with the foundational GenAI skills they need. We begin with basic prompting and increase complexity over the course of each session.
By the end of the sessions, participants also have the ability to recognize opportunities for AI use cases. This skill is perhaps the most valuable of them all.

AI is an emotional, almost existential topic for a lot of us. We aren’t afraid of that. Our dialogues address common fears head-on…from environmental concerns to job replacement to copyright infringement to the fear that AI will be the Terminator and wipe us all out. We don’t ignore these emotions or these fears.
We evolve with AI.
AI changes fast! That’s okay with us because we can evolve with it. Because our curriculum is designed for LIVE or LIVE-virtual delivery, we can consistently update our curriculum, so it doesn’t become outdated.
We’re mission-driven.
Literacy has always given humans something more valuable than knowledge: choice.
We believe that literacy is a right of every human and that, by empowering people with AI literacy, we give them the ability to make informed choices about how they choose to integrate or not integrate this technology into their lives and organizations.
By the end of 2026, our goal is to provide AI literacy to 100,000 people.

We integrate dialogue about equity, fairness, and bias into all our programs while also seeking out individuals from diverse backgrounds to join our team as instructors, advisors, guest speakers, and leadership.

AI might not have been on your roadmap of priorities up until recently, so you’re busy enough. Not only that, but if you’re going to focus on AI, you might want to focus on policy development or technological AI implementations. That’s okay! AI might be a cool topic, but technical training is…let’s be honest…boring most of the time. Not us! We work hard to make every single one of our sessions fun and interactive so it’s easy for participants to remember what they learned.
